commercial pilot who will be using this scholarship to fund her CFI training. Victoria is a
successful student at Kent State, recently making the Dean’s List. She is also an active member
in the Kappa Alpha Chapter of AHP. Her main goal with the chapter is to get them more
involved in volunteering for the local community. Victoria’s involvement also goes further than
AHP. She is President of Kent State’s Women in Aviation Chapter and is also using that
organization to give back to the community. We are very proud to assist Victoria in her future
flight training with this scholarship!
Picture Grace Kane - FedEx Scholarship Winner
Grace is a senior at Saint Louis University – Parks College, and she’s majoring in Flight Science.
She is currently a commercial pilot, and plans to use this scholarship to fund her CFI training.
One of her favorite aspects of AHP is the philanthropic work Pi Chapter does with Wings of
Hope, a St. Louis based organization. Outside of AHP, Grace is an outstanding student and
prominent member in the local aviation community. She founded the Women in Aviation
Chapter at SLU, and has grown it to over 50 members. Grace is a terrific example of what it
means to be a good student, leader, and future professional in the industry.
